Some developments coming out of the Toronto Film Festival. Silverwood Films and iDeal Partners Film Fund have closed a financing deal for An Invisible Sign of My Own, a modern-day fable that will star Jessica Alba.
Jessica Alba Pregnant for An Invisible Sign of My Own
An Invisible Sign of My Own revolves around a young woman who has retreated from the world and is consumed by numbers and math. Things begin to change when she becomes a second-grade math teacher.
Alba will play the title character. Marilyn Agrelo will direct off a screenplay by Pam Falk and Mike Ellis. It is her first feature directorial outing since Mad Hot Ballroom.
Alba was last seen in the Mike Myers disaster, The Love Guru.
