It looks like Marvel is keeping Edward Norton out of the loop when it comes to anything to do with The Incredible Hulk sequels and the future of the franchise. As far as we can tell, the studio is focusing on other projects at the moment.
Uncertain of The Incredible Hulk
The good people at MTV Splash Page caught up with Edward Norton and asked him what the recent developments were for the Hulk franchise. Norton couldn't say much, as there wasn't much to say.
“The minds of Marvel are sometimes opaque,” Norton told MTV News. “I won’t say [they're] obtuse, but I don’t have any idea what they want to do.”
The Hulk still has a couple outs, however, as the character is supposed to be seen in Marvel's The Avengers, a film they have been hinting at ever since becoming a studio.
The studio also has a plethora of other characters they are prepping for use.
“They’ve got this notion of collecting the Marvel characters,” said Norton, who appeared a bit skeptical of Marvel’s ambitious plans for the project. “Who knows where they’ll go?”
