While having John Travolta and Jonathan Rhys Meyers co-star in a film titled From Paris With Love sounds pretty Brokeback, it is a relief to hear that the film is actually a thriller. Talk about a deceiving title.

Considering that the thriller is shooting in a suburb of Paris, France, I guess it should come as no surprise that Luc Besson is involved in a producer capacity.
Directed by Pierre Morel off a script by Luc Besson and Adi Hasak, From Paris With Love centers on a young embassy worker and an American secret agent who cross paths while working on a high-risk mission in Paris.
The film has been given a budget of $55 million. After Travolta and Meyers take there cut there should be at least a million left over for actual production. We'll see...
