Following the rules of Entourage's Ari Gold, Josh Brolin is staking out some other roles before he hits theaters as George Bush in Oliver Stone's W. One such major title just so happens to be another comicbook adaptation.
Josh Brolin in Talks for Jonah Hex
Brolin is in talks with Warner Bros. to star in Jonah Hex, the adaptation of the DC Comics comic. Written and directed by Crank scribes Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor, Jonah Hex features Hex, a gunslinger and bounty hunter whose face is partially disfigured.
DC Comics launched the series in the early '70s.
Though Brolin's camp claims that a deal has not been made, it is still being assumed that he'll take the gig of title character.
After W., Brolin will star in Milk as the gay-hating politician Dan White.
