A sucker for romance, Steve Martin has returned to the genre for Nancy Meyer's untitled project set to begin filming this February.

Also starring Meryl Streep and Alec Baldwin, the romantic comedy will have Martin and Baldwin play rivals for the affection of a woman (Streep).
Nancy Meyers will direct off a script she wrote. She set the project up at Universal after enjoying a brief run at Columbia Pictures with Something's Gotta Give and The Holiday.
Steve Martin can next be seen reprising his role as Inspector Clouseau in Pink Panther 2, which will hit theaters on February 6th.
