It looks like drawn up posters are the way to go nowadays for films with and sexual content. Kevin Smith got away with it for Zack and Miri Make a Porno and it looks like Columbia Pictures has taken note.

The first poster for The Ugly Truth is in no rush to show off it's title leads who, if you ask both sexes, come across as eye candy. It instead explains the differences between men and women, in terms of love. Check out the film's synopsis and the poster below.
A romantically challenged morning show producer (Heigl) is reluctantly embroiled in a series of outrageous tests by her chauvinistic correspondent to prove his theories on relationships and help her find love. His clever ploys, however, lead to an unexpected result.
