While Fox as a movie studio might be struggling when it comes to giving us anything good to watch, its TV network knows a hot commodity when it sees it. After hanging out on the Fox lot for three seasons with Arrested Development, Will Arnett is returning to the studio thanks to the motivation of a seven-figure development deal.
Will Arnett's Pact With Fox
As part of the deal, Arnett will continue providing a voice for the network's upcoming animated series, Sit Down, Shut Up. As an added bonus to Fox, Arnett's stock recently skyrocketed when he received an Emmy nom for outstanding comedy guest actor -- specific, I know -- on NBC's 30 Rock.
So why the recent decision for Arnett to return to Fox? Well, besides the steamy hump of cash, Arnett has other motives including his wife, Amy Poehler. Arnett will be moving back to LA with Poehler, who is also prepping to kick off a new sitcom for NBC.
Arnett last had us laughing in Semi-Pro and cracking up in Blades of Glory.
