While the latest trailer for The Spirit polarized fans of the franchise -- some like what they see, some hate it -- the latest featurette should at least bring a few of them back.
Featurette Gives Origins of The Spirit
In the latest featurette for The Spirit writer/director Frank Miller discusses his attraction to Will Eisner's groundbreaking comicbook. While it is always nice to have a director who loves the material he's working with, the featurette's biggest plus is all the new footage to be seen.
Will Eisner's The Spirit opens to theaters on January 16th, 2009.
