It turns out that last night's Scream 2008 awards show had quite a few surprises. We've already seen the new footage of Watchmen thanks to the show, but it also provided the first teaser for Friday the 13th.

Guess we should have known that the first teaser for Friday the 13th would be bootleg. While I had hoped that New Line Cinema would be on the ball about getting an HD version of the trailer out immediately after Scream 2008, that is not the case just yet. Shouldn't be too much of an issue though, as there isn't much here that would take advantage of the HD resolution.

Friday the 13th opens to theaters on February 13th, 2009.
