Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince
Well, Warner Bros. has to be extremely pleased. Though fans claim to be upset that Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince has been pushed back to the 2009 summer season, that isn't stopping them from enjoying the heck out of the film's trailers. Early Sunday morning a new trailer leaked, surfaced or at least appeared for Half-Blood Prince that featured all new footage from the film. Besides being very dark, the film also looked absolutely cool.
The visuals were something we needed after the first screening reports came back not as stellar as we could have hoped.
While the trailer was not meant to have surfaced just yet -- before you ask, no, this isn't the feature trailer -- it was still quality enough to garner over one-million viewings in less than two days.
New Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince Trailer Steals Show
Just when moviegoers had begun to chant Twilight, Twilight, Twilight, Warner Bros had to go and rain on Summit Entertainment's parade with a new trailer for Potter. TrailerAddict reports that not only has the trailer already been watched over one-million times, but we should expect it to cross the two-million threshold before the weekend.
Does Potter still have box office magic? I think so...
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince opens to theaters July 17th, 2009.
