If you graduated college, then you automatically know Salvador Dali. No, you did not learn about the famous artist in class, but rather had him decorating yours or your friends' walls. As a matter of fact, I have a piece of his art hanging at this very moment.
Long overdue, a biopic is in the works and it is hoping that Antonio Banderas can paint.

Antonio Banderas is in final negotiations to star as Salvador Dali in Dali. Directed by Simon West, the film will blend music with CGI sequences in an effort to capture the inventiveness and color of the painter.
Think of The Fountain and then some; or so I hope.
Dali will explore how Dali conquered America and the world with sex, sin and surrealism only to succumb later to worldwide scandal and misfortune.
Being Hollywood, Salvador Dali will be getting a lot of attention on the silverscreen soon enough. Al Pacino is attached to play the artist in Dali & I: The Surreal Story. That's one. And Robert Pattinson stars as Dali in the upcoming film Little Ashes, which takes a look at the artist in the early years. That makes two.
