The Day the Earth Stood Still
With Twilight finally in theaters this weekend, all that vampire hype should quickly blow over allowing moviegoers to focus on some other tentpoles coming our way. One such film is 20th Century Fox's remake The Day the Earth Stood Still. With audiences now wondering what's next, the studio has answered with three great new TV spots for the film.
TV Spots: The Day the Earth Stood Still
When you have a TV spot titled "Destroy" you just know it is going to be chock full of special effects. Each of the three TV spots for The Day the Earth Stood Still give a quick compilation of dialogue and destruction. I find it humorous that the title suggests the Earth 'stood still' upon Klaatu's arrival, but it looks like we're doing anything but that. Bring it!
