Ben Stiller
Director Noah Baumbach better write quicker. Before he knows it, he will have no cast at all for Greenburn, his latest film that he will write and direct. While he originally had both Mark Ruffalo and Amy Adams ready to star in the project, it looks like both have taken off.
Fortunately for Noah, he's already got at least one replacement.
Stiller Replaces Ruffalo in Greenburg
Ben Stiller has been picked up to replace Mark Ruffalo in Greenburg, a film which is expected to center on the intimacies of relationships in the manner of Baumbach's other films. Seriously, way to switch it up buddy.
With Amy Adams either off the project or on her way out, talks have already begun with a number of other actresses.
While it sucks to lose ones stars, the move at least should draw some interest thanks to Stiller's involvement. While he has orbited some comedic dramas, this would be a major milestone for the actor.
