Now here's an interesting comedy ensemble. You have Rachel McAdams as the female lead. That's fine. But then you have Harrison Ford in negotiations to co-star. Not exactly strange, but definitely a less-tapped genre for Ford.
As icing on the cake, J.J. Abrams will produce. Wha?
Harrison Ford for Morning Glory
Harrison Ford is in final negotiations to star opposite Rachel McAdams in Morning Glory.
Directed by Roger Michell off a script by Aline Brosh McKenna, Morning Glory will have McAdams play an aspiring news producer who tries to save a failing morning show by getting control of its feuding anchors. Ford will play one of the anchors, and the female thesp playing the other anchor will be set shortly.
