When Halle Berry was cast for Frankie and Alice we were told that the film follows a young woman struggling with multiple personality disorder and torn between who she is and a racist Caucasian alter-personality that preys upon her mind.
Though there was no real mention of nudity, the set photos to surface here suggest a lot of skin and, if you don't mind me saying, nippleage. God bless her...
