As a holiday treat, Paramount has released the first batch of official stills for Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen. No new characters to be seen, but still some cool shots.

USA Today has posted six photos for Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen that range from set photos, Autobots and, you guessed it, explosions; this is Michael Bay after all. Check out a couple below and check out the rest here.
The report doesn't say much in terms of plot, but does sum it up with:
In the sequel, humanity is still trying to sort out which Transformers can be trusted and which mean to exterminate humans.
