The Tudors: The Complete Second Season
While I continue to despise Showtime's collection of films, it is their growing selection of shows that keep me paying that monthly charge. Besides Dexter, I've also become a huge fan of Showtime's The Tudors.
Arriving this Tuesday, the series' Second Season can get you caught up before the return of this magnificent, and surprisingly accurate, show.
On DVD: The Tudors: The Complete Second Season
When I received The Tudors: The Complete Second Season I was immediately brightened to see a sticker announcing the Season Three premiere this April. A great start, but onto the show.
Besides the episodes, The Tudors DVD comes packing with a couple featurettes and some cross-promotions for other Showtime programs including Californication. It also comes with the season premiere of Dexter Season Three, but haven't we all see this already?
Besides the acting, the story, and the vast collection of hotties, I have always remained vastly impressed with all the terrific costumes. Unfortunately there isn't a single featurette dedicated to this (nor the hotties), and the topic gets very little mention. I mean - Where am I supposed to get my Halloween ideas from?
I guess that's something we can discuss after Season Three.
