Just when we though the only leather-clad ass we'd be staring at in Underworld: Rise of the Lycans would be Rhona Mitra's, we are now told that Kate Beckinsale's Selene will be making an appearance or two.
Beckinsale To Appear in Underworld 3: Rise of the Lycans
The good people at ShockTillYouDrop have learned that Kate Beckinsale's character Selene will be making an appearance in Underworld: Rise of the Lycans. When asked if it was new footage, Screen Gems confirmed that the scenes featuring Selene will be canned footage from 2003's Underworld.
While it would have been cool to get Beckinsale back in front of the camera for the franchise one more time, it's still cool to know here character still made the cut. Besides, what's Underworld without a splash of Beckinsale?
Underworld: Rise of the Lycans opens to theaters January 23rd, 2009.
