While Tobey is keeping his acting schedule open for a possible Spider-Man sequel, he's working hard on the producer front. Maguire Entertainment will team with Film 360 to produce Good People, based on the Marcus Sakey crime novel.
Maguire to Produce Good People
Adapted by scribe Kelly Masterson, Good People concerns a couple in debt from several rounds of futile fertility treatments who think their problems are solved when they stumble upon money found in their deceased tenant's apartment.
While Maguire is only onboard in the producer capacity for now, he always has the first option to take male lead on films Maguire Entertainment produces.
Maguire Entertainment has got a few projects in development including the sci-fi pic Robotech, Tokyo Suckerpunch and Crusaders.
