The Super Bowl spots are beginning to arrive and we'll kick things off with G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra. If you've ever heard the phrase 'geeky cool' and wondered what exactly that meant, the film's first TV spot is the epitome of the phrase.

The good people at ComingSoon have provided Quicktime links for the G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra Super Bowl spot. While the word on the street since Comic Con hasn't been all that good, this TV spot may get naysayers to shut their mouths at least temporarily. The film looks like a lot of fun and, yes, it does border close to cheesy.
