Living in the Orange County area, me and my friends know of a couple places we refer to as the 'Cougar Den.' If you don't know what this is, it's practically a bar known for its selection of Cougars. Don't know what a Cougar is? Yes, I know it's an animal, but the term also suggests an older woman who aggressively seeks out younger men.
Older women become the predators and we the prey. All in good sport, of course.
Taking this idea to television, Vivica A. Fox has been picked up to host TV Land's The Cougar.

The Cougar will premiere on April 15th. Each episode will feature a single woman seeking a match among a pool of eligible younger men.
MTV Networks, who owns the channel, has already ordered up eight episodes. They are hoping the show attracts watchers who are in their 40s and 50s. Should be interesting.
