Sherlock Holmes
One guy that has popped up on my radar, like a giant blip, is Mark Strong. I loved him in Stardust, was impressed by him in Body of Lies, and was happy to have him be a key character in RocknRolla. I'm falling for the dude! Of Mark's upcoming projects, one of them is the much anticipated Sherlock Holmes.
While discussing his involvement in the film to TotalFilm, thanks to /Film for the cached link, Mark Strong gave away some spoiler-ish details.
Sherlock Holmes Plot (Ending) Info
Here is what Mark Strong had to say about an act that takes place close to the film's ending.
“There’s a fantastic sequence where we duel to the death on a half-built Tower Bridge,” he said. “It’s a perfect way to end the movie, Robert and I hammering seven bells out of each other on top of this swinging bridge with Victorian London as a backdrop. It’s going to be amazing.”
Strong plays the film's villain, Lord Blackwood. “There’s a touch of Dracula about him,” he said of the character.
