Paramount is keeping the hype machine rolling. After giving peeps in Austin a nice surprise with a screening of Star Trek, the studio is following that up with two new clips from the film.
Star Trek Clips
Two clips which give us a general gist on Chris Pine as James Kirk, Karl Urban as Leonard McCoy and Zoe Saldana as Uhura. Now, if you have been watching the film's trailers, you already know that Chris Pine plays his role with confidence, Urban looks terrified to be in space, and Saldana looks smoking. So it should come as no surprise that Kirk would hit on her.
Yahoo released the first clip, which shows Kirk's introduction to Leonard, and is embeddable below (via TrailerAddict). The second clip is from MTV and shows Kirk take a shot at Uhura.
Star Trek will open to theaters on May 8th.
