The cast of The Company Men continues to grow more ensemble with the addition of Maria Bello and Craig T. Nelson. The duo will join Ben Affleck, Kevin Costner and Tommy Lee Jones.

The casting came just in time, as the pic is already getting under way in Boston.
Directed and written by John Wells, The Company Men concerns the impact that a corporate downsizing has on its casualties and survivors. Bello will play the veep of human resources, who is forced to fire the character played by Affleck. Nelson plays the CEO of the global conglomerate.
We most recently saw Bello in The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor, which wasn't good mind you, and she'll next be seen in The Private Lives of Pippa Lee.
