With filming already under way, some big casting updates have gone down for the indie drama Blue Valentine. While I'd never consider Ryan Gosling and Michelle Williams to be late additions to any cast, there you have it.

In Blue Valentine, Gosling and Williams will play a couple whose marriage is failing. As their relationship hits the rocks, they recall better days. Derek Cianfrance will direct off a script that he, Cami Delavigne and Joey Curtis wrote.
Castmembers Mike Vogel, John Doman and Maryann Plunkett can already be seen around set.
Gosling will next be seen starring opposite Kirsten Dunst in All Good Things.
