Zach Braff
Paramount Pictures needs Zach Braff in a major way. Maybe it is unlucky for them that Scrubs got renewed, as they're hoping that the actor will join Swingles. Not only to co-star, but to rewrite and direct as well.
Zach Braff for Swingles
Cameron Diaz has already signed on to star in the Duncan Birmingham spec but, other than that, the project has been lacking. In comes Braff, who will rewrite the script that centers on a bachelor who is dumped by his wingman and teams up with a sharp-tongued woman he can't stand in order to meet singles.
If all goes to plan, Swingles will be Zach Braff's second feature helming effort, following Garden State.
