I remember hearing about Mr. Nobody for what seems forever ago and thought back then that the film's premise sounded pretty awesome. I've had a few readers write in looking for status updates on the film, and I've since had none to give; until today. Pathe has released the first international trailer for Mr. Nobody and, as expected, it looks pretty incredible.
Early Mr. Nobody Trailer
For those of you who have never heard of Mr. Nobody, here is a brief synopsis on the film:
Mr. Nobody is described as a multi-layered love story inspired by the 'butterfly effect,' the chaos-theory notion that the beat of a butterfly's wings can cause a storm thousands of miles away. Set in the not-so-distant future, the story follows Nemo Nobody (Leto) who, at 120 years old, is the last mortal surrounded by happy immortals as he relives his real and imaginary years of marriage.
While the film takes advantage of the sci-fi genre, the trailer shows that Mr. Nobody will be much more story oriented. So far it looks great, and I can only wonder when this trailer will arrive in HD.
