I should make it known that, like Peter Jackson, I am a HUGE supporter of director Neill Blomkamp. I remember forwarding around his cool shorts and commercials on youtube long before he was read to make what sounded like an amazing Halo adaptation; which sadly fell through. District 9 is Blomkamp's first big step into feature films and, with the help of Cloverfield-like viral marketing, it looks like he's started on the right foot.

As part of the film's viral marketing, a bunch of new movie posters and banners have popped up for District 9 over at TrailerAddict. The poster below you should recognize, as it was featured in the poster before, but the rest all act as public service announcements. Pretty cool.
