Pierce Brosnan
Stanley Tucci must be a popular guy with other actors. Directing his own movie from his own screenplay, he has kicked off casting with Pierce Brosnan, Patricia Clarkson and Julianne Moore. Not too shabby!
Pierce Brosnan, Patricia Clarkson and Julianne Moore for The Hunter
Pierce Brosnan, Patricia Clarkson and Julianne Moore have been cast for The Hunter, a comedy that Stanley Tucci will direct.
The Hunter is set amid the aristocracy of New York's Upper Westchester County, is a coming-of-age story of a middle-aged man, played by Brosnan, who finds himself desperately clinging to the vestiges of his once-charmed life and world.
It turns out that Tucci is quite the scribe. While I assumed The Hunter was his first screenplay, the actor's hand has been behind scripts that include Big Night, The Imposters and Blind Date.
With all the gigs Pierce Brosnan is currently involved in, I'm surprised he found time for this. The actor has a plethora of upcoming projects including The Greatest, The Ghost, Percy Jackson and Remember Me.
