Sometimes producer credits are enough. Jennifer Aniston will team up with Sony Screen Gems to produce Holler. While this usually results in the actress having a title role in the film, this time that doesn't seem to be the case.

Written by Dana Adam Shapir, Holler centers on a biracial high school student who returns with his white mother to her hometown in Mississippi, where he falls for a white girl. When prom season arrives at the high school, he is shocked to discover that she cannot be his date at the segregated prom. He soon finds himself the catalyst for change for not only the prom but for the school and entire town.
If this true story sounds somewhat familiar, it is because HBO released aired a documentary on the event titled Prom Night in Mississippi.
