Neighborhood Watch centers on an urbanite's journey as he moves to a suburban community, joins the neighborhood watch and uncovers a large conspiracy. Shawn Levy is still onboard to produce.
Dobkin is best remembered for directing Wedding Crashers, where Ferrell made a terrific cameo appearance.
