The Twilight Saga: New Moon
Finally! While Summit Entertainment had hoped that forcing us to see Bandslam in order to catch the new trailer for The Twilight Saga: New Moon would help boost box office numbers -- the plan failed miserably -- the studio has now released the trailer online. The only catch is that I don't know what exactly we should call it.
The Twilight Saga: New Moon Trailer
The new er, trailer for New Moon is definitely different. Called the "Jacob Black Trailer," the preview focuses on Taylor Lautner's character, Jacob Black. The visuals look surprisingly good, up until they show the transformation segment at the end. I hated the way the werewolf looked in the teaser and it would seem that Summit, in their rush to get these movies made, has had no desire to improve upon it. Hence we have a preview that opens strong and ends weak.
My only concern now is whether or not we're going to get a new trailer for each character. An interesting marketing move, so let's kick things off with the latest New Moon trailer below (via TrailerAddict).
