When you tell me that we have a comedic adaptation coming our way by the name of I'm With Cancer, I can't help but think of Funny People. Not the case! Though Seth Rogen is one of the stars.
He will be partnering up with James McAvoy.
James McAvoy for I'm With Cancer
James McAvoy battled the fraternity in Wanted and will now battle cancer in I'm With Cancer, based on Will Reiser's novel, which tells how he won his own fight with cancer in his mid-20s. In the film, McAvoy will play a 25-year-old who learns he has cancer and successfully battles the disease over several years.
Reiser penned the script and Nicole Holofcener will direct. Rogen will also produce alongside Reiser and writing partner Evan Goldberg.
