Still one of my favorite movies of the year -- think top 10 -- Star Trek is looking to make a last minute effort to earn some more money at the box office. Taking advantage of the Labor Day holiday, Paramount will run the film for a limited engagement at IMAX.

Okay, I guess that is one reason. While I'd normally laugh at Paramount's double-dipping, I do have to admit that Star Trek is the perfect film for a holiday weekend. Fun, exciting, and pretty much safe for the entire family.
