Black Dynamite
Cutting it close. Now that Sony Pictures' Apparition has until October to market Black Dynamite, and they've finally got the ball rolling with the film's first trailer (from Sony).

Black Dynamite: a gun-toting, nunchuck-wielding, ladies man and soul brother. When "The Man" murders his brother, pumps heroin into local orphanages, and floods the ghetto with adulterated malt liquor, Black Dynamite is the one hero willing to fight all the way from the blood-soaked city streets to the hallowed halls of the Honky House.
I have been absolutely geeked on Black Dynamite ever since the first non-Sony approved trailer. The film looks strangely awesome, and it is one of the rare films that has fun with the blaxploitation genre while not giving a shit on who it might offend. Amen, brotha.
