The low-budget supernatural thriller, Paranormal Activity, was filmed for the mere thousands -- we're not even talking half of six digits -- and has been gestating for some time. Picking up the reins, Paramount has the film ready for release in less than two weeks. Working fast, the studio has pushed out a new poster and trailer for the film. What's cool about the trailer is not only does it show footage from the film, but it shows audience reaction footage during one of the film's screenings.

Paranormal Activity is a terrifying supernatural thriller featuring shocking footage of a demonic haunting. Katie and Micah were enjoying a happy, carefree life. Their future looked promising until bizarre events began occurring at night. Katie was no stranger to paranormal phenomena - she had been stalked by a malevolent entity since childhood, and she feared that it had followed her to their new home. They purchased a video camera to find out what was happening at night as they slept.
