After receiving a couple "no" responses at the request of hosting the 82 Academy Awards -- no, Jackman is not coming back -- the show has finally found its hosts.
Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin Are Oscar Hosts
While I continue to wait for another appearance by Billy Crystal at the Academy Awards, as I've always considered him to be one of the best hosts there is, it looks like this one is going to Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin, who have agreed to co-host the awards show. I'm liking the mix. We have Steve Martin, who will bring the experience having hosted the Oscars twice before, and Alec Baldwin, who has a great wit to him.
The two will have to live up to this year's Hugh Jackman, who did an exceptional job as host.
