After predicting that this week would be the beginning of some massive campaigning for Avatar, I am glad to see that our first media update is a 60 Minutes segment for the film. No, not sixty-minutes long, a segment that showed on 60 Minutes.

60 Minutes does show some Avatar footage, but the program's focus is on the film's claims to revolutionize Hollywood with what some are calling the next step in the evolution of 3D. After seeing the trailer for the film in 3D, I think they could be right. The only thing that sucks about the video is that it is loaded with commercials. (sorry for that)
Avatar opens to theaters on December 18th.
