As a chance of coincidence, a new casting announcement has arrived for the actress Jennifer Carpenter the same day as the Dexter season finale; a great Showtime series in which she stars. Probably trying to fill her hiatus, Carpenter has been cast for the indie thriller Hungry Rabbit Jumps.
Jennifer Carpenter for Hungry Rabbit Jumps
Carpenter will join Nicolas Cage, Guy Pearce and January Jones in Hungry Rabbit Jumps. Directed by Roger Donaldson off a script by Robert Tannen, the thriller will have the actress play the best friend of Jones’ musician character. Cage plays a teacher who joins an underground vigilante organization after his wife (Jones) is the victim of a brutal crime.
Production is currently rolling with Tobey Maguire producing. Carpenter can next be seen in The Factory opposite John Cusack.
