Since I know a ton of you X-men fans have been praying/wishing for this day, I am happy to announce that Bryan Singer will be returning to the X-Men franchise!
X-Men: First Class Brings Back Bryan Singer
20th Century Fox has found their director for X-Men: First Class and, low and behold, it's Bryan Singer! Considering that X-Men 2 is still one of my favorite comicbook movies, I couldn't be happier with Fox's decision to bring him back.
The announcement was made via interview, straight from the horse's mouth. Bryan Singer attended the Los Angeles premiere of Avatar and, while walking the red carpet, he mentioned to a MySpace crew that he has in fact agreed to come back to the franchise. There's not much more to say, except maybe, "Woohoo!"
