You know how I love those motherf***in’ snakes. Although it took me a year to finally watch this Blu Ray, The Beauty of Snakes is 43 minutes of really close up clarity on snakes. Colors too. Animal Planet footage rocks.

It’s so close, you may have it with these motherf***in’ snakes. You see all the texture of their scales and the backgrounds on which they’re slithering. We’re talking Microcosmos but in HD and only for snakes. You could play this as a screen saver for your TV.
Seriously, this is gorgeous footage. They’ll go wide in the environment and close up, but an HD closeup on the rainbow prism of scales. A pile of writhing snakes shows them all distinctly. Nature looks like neon in this footage. There’s even a snake mounted camera! That doesn’t look as high definition but still, wow.
