While Sam Worthington is still enjoying a good run with Avatar, the offers continue to pour in for the newly-recognized movie star. Universal Pictures is hoping that he'll consider starring in Dracula Year Zero.
Sam Worthington Negotiating Dracula Year Zero
Though Universal is keeping most the plot details under wrap, we do know that Dracula Year Zero explores he origin of Dracula, weaving vampire mythology with the true history of Prince Vlad the Impaler and depicting Dracula as a flawed hero in a tragic love story set in a dark age of magic and war.
Alex Proyas will direct off a script by scribes Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless.
