Liv Tyler has been doing well with the suspense genre, hence why it comes as no surprise that she is teaming up with Patrick Wilson for The Ledge, a suspense flick from first-time writer-director Matthew Chapman.

It looks like this thriller is shooting for ensemble, as Terrence Howard and Charlie Hunnam have already been cast. The Ledge is the story of a man (Hunnam) standing on a high-rise ledge who insists he must jump by noon as the policeman below (Howard) tries to manage the situation.
"The Ledge examines the different and sometimes dangerous beliefs people adopt as a means of surviving emotional trauma," Chapman said.
The only thing we're left wondering is what roles Liv Tyler and Patrick Wilson picked up. They're not mentioned in the synopsis, so possibly a cameo as passers-by? Okay, probably not so little, but the plot doesn't really leave all the much room for a supporting cast.
