Jennifer Connelly and Greg Kinnear are the latest additions to the growing ensemble for the comedy-thriller -- is there such a thing? -- Salvation Boulevard.

Connelly and Kinnear will be added to Pierce Brosnan, Jim Gaffigan and Ed Harris, who were previously cast. Directed by George Ratliff off a script he penned with Douglas Stone, Salvation Boulevard centers on a former Deadhead turned born-again Christian who finds himself on the run from fundamentalist members of his mega-church who will do anything to protect their larger-than-life pastor.
If the title or plot sounds familiar, that is because the film is based on the book of the same name by Larry Beinhart.
Connelly and Kinnear both have projects coming our way. Kinnear we'll see rather quickly in The Lost Song while Connelly will take a bit longer, having just wrapped What's Wrong with Virginia.
