I guess when you negotiate a part in a Woody Allen pic it takes a while. Though I swear they've been talking forever, both Rachel McAdams and Marion Cotillard are now in final negotiations to star in Allen's untitled film that begins filming this summer in Paris.

Currently being called the Woody Allen Summer Project -- the real title is still unknown -- you may remember that this project was originally set to shoot in Paris back in 2009, but abandoned the idea as the city is too expensive. Now, with new financing behind him, Allen will return to Paris and finish a film he had hoped to start nearly half a decade ago. To sweeten the deal, France's Centre National du Cinema film introduced a tax break offering foreign shoots 20% reimbursement on most of their Gallic spend in December.
