Jason Sudeikis
New Line is trying to go super-ensemble for its upcoming comedy Horrible Bosses. Already having Jamie Foxx, Jennifer Aniston, Colin Farrell, Charlie Day and Jason Bateman on board, the studio is also hoping to pick up Jason Sudeikis.
Jason Sudeikis for Horrible Bosses
Directed by Seth Gordon off a script by Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley, Horrible Bosses will have Sudeikis join Bateman and Day as a trio of friends who conspire to murder each others’ bosses. Aniston and Farrell are two of the offending office tyrants, while Foxx is a colorfully named scam artist who dishes killing advice to the three regular guys.
The original story was thought up by scribe Michael Markowitz. New Line, aka Warner Bros, is hoping for a July 2011 release.
Sudeikis has been a busy bee, recently finishing production on Hall Pass, where he stars opposite Owen Wilson, and the rom-com ensemble Going the Distance.
