Clash of the Titans
Did Clash of the Titans make enough money to match the expectations that Warner Bros had for the film? Well, it must have, as the studio is not only prepping for a sequel, they've already hired the writers.
Johnson and Mazeau Writing Clash of the Titans Sequel
David Leslie Johnson and Dan Mazeau have been hired to pen the screenplay for the upcoming Clash of the Titans sequel. What the studio now doesn't have is a director or a release date. While much of the title cast is expected to return, including Sam Worthington, Louis Leterrier has decided to pass on the sequel.
Since Clash was able to draw in close to half a billion at the box office thanks most in part to international markets, Warner Bros is making the sequel a top priority. They will however be making one major change this time around. While the first installment was converted to 3D after the fact, the sequel will be shot in 3D.
