Jessica Alba must have had a good reunion with Robert Rodriguez on the set of Machete, as she's now involved with the next installment of Spy Kids.

I honestly don't get the Spy Kids franchise and its ability to pull talent, as Spy Kids 4: All the Time in the World has landed Jessica Alba to play retired spy. Since the original spy kids are far too old to return to the franchise, new preteen roles will be offered. The fourth installment centers on Alba as a retired spy who has been reactivated. The actress, mother of a toddler in real life, will be playing the mother of a baby and two preteen stepchildren.
Besides the preteen roles, Dimension is also looking for somebody to play Alba's husband, who is described as a slightly nerdy investigative reporter and the villain, known as the Time Keeper, whose goal it is to stop time. I'm available to play the husband.
It is expected that Antonio Banderas, Alexa Vega and Daryl Sabara will return in supporting roles.
