Watch close! Or so says "Shelby" about the new Japanese teaser trailer for Transformers to appear online.
Japanese Teaser Trailer: Transformers
The Japanese teaser trailer for Transformers opens up with Steven Spielberg introducing himself in Japanese. Michael Bay thinks "F-that" and goes ahead and introduces himself and the film in English; thank goodness for subtitles.
When the trailer kicks in everything looks the same. Nearly half way through I couldn't figure out what the heck "Shelby" was talking about. New scenes, where? Then they hit in rapid-fire succession. Two of the most memorable being a new angle on Bumblebee and the tail end of Scorponok.
Scorponok gets the prize for coolest addition.
The only problem with the Japanese teaser is that it is in crap, I mean flash. Check it out at YouTube or below.
Transformers opens on July 4th, 2007.
