DVD Review: Seinfeld Season 7
The Elaine feature traces the addition of her character and her auditions, through the comic development of her antics, how she always cracked up on set and winning the Emmy. For an EPK style collection of soundbites and footage, it feels very casual. Even though separated, the participants feed off each others stories.
The Larry David feature feels very Seinfeldian. David and Seinfeld banter in a paired interview, then share actual reflections in separate ones. It's really about the transition of Jerry into the head writer of the show, and it is a significant theme that relates to the whole "show about nothing" concept.
Stay tuned for updates.
